Please join us for an opening reception of our new photography exhibit entitled “Peaks. An Island Like No Other.” Photographer, David Owen, will be on hand to share how his love of Peaks Island informs the unique images he has captured. Light refreshments will be served.

Renaissance Voices will perform their “Eternal Light” concert at the Fifth Maine Museum under the direction of Harold Stover. The concert features music of farewell and promise with works by William Byrd, Melissa Dunphy, Ralph Vaughan Wiilliams, Tomás Luis De Victoria, Maine composer John Newell, and others.  

The Fifth Maine Museum is pleased to host a free workshop offered by the Illustration Institute. Renowned illustrator and comic artist, Elizabeth Haidle, will conduct a hands-on workshop where participants will develop comics through a variety of exercises. All ages are welcome.
