We’re celebrating Maine’s 200th anniversary of statehood — not with a look back, but by looking ahead to the tricentenary!
Come to our Maine birthday party for a blend of past, present, and future fun.
The amazing band What Cheer will play for us, we’ll fire up the grill, the kids can bounce on the bouncy castle, and you can get a tintype photograph of the family.
Everyone is invited to add something to the time capsule so that islanders of the future get a snapshot of life on Peaks Island in 2020. Then it’s time to lower our time capsule in the ground and start the clock.
Only 100 years until we can dig it up!
